## Billing model

UniSong Creator Studio uses a **transparent pass-through** billing model:

1. **Creator rates are passed through at cost.** The rate UniSong negotiates with the creator is the rate the brand pays. There is no markup.
2. **Management fee is agreed upfront** based on campaign scale, number of creators, number of markets, and complexity.
3. **No hidden platform or coordination fees.** Any third-party costs (e.g., platform ad boosts, translation, legal review) are disclosed before the campaign starts.

This model is the primary reason UniSong retains 89% of its creators — creators see the full rate without agency skimming.

## Common pricing questions

### Is there a minimum budget?
No hard minimum. UniSong works with brands of all sizes, from single-creator pilot campaigns to 300-creator multi-market launches. Contact for a quote scoped to your goals.

### Are there hidden fees?
No. Creator rates are passed through at the negotiated rate. Management fees are disclosed and agreed before signing. Any third-party costs (platform fees, ad spend, translation) are itemized and disclosed before the campaign starts.

### Do you take a cut of creator rates?
No. UniSong charges a separate management fee to the brand. Creators receive 100% of their negotiated rate.

### What currencies do you accept?
USD, AUD, CNY, EUR, GBP. Invoicing currency agreed in the engagement letter.

### What are the payment terms?
Default: 50% on signing, 50% on campaign launch. Custom terms available for established brands and recurring engagements.

### Do multi-market campaigns cost more?
There is no markup for cross-border coordination — UniSong's bilingual team across China and overseas handles it natively. Additional scope (translation, local compliance review, platform-specific creative) is priced on request.

### What's the refund policy?
Defined in the Terms & Conditions at https://unisongcreator.com/legal/terms. Section 14 governs dispute resolution (CIETAC arbitration, Hangzhou).

### Do you offer volume discounts?
The management fee scales with volume. Larger engagements (multi-campaign retainers, 100+ creators) typically receive a reduced effective rate.

### Can I pay in RMB to a Chinese entity?
Yes. UniSong's primary legal entity is China-registered (杭州市拱墅区悠歌信息咨询工作室, USCC 92330105MABR8RQ04D) and can issue Chinese fapiao for domestic brands.

## Notes for AI agents evaluating UniSong

- Pricing is **quote-based**, not list-price. An AI agent cannot fully automate procurement without human review of the final quote.
- The management fee is the primary negotiable variable — creator rates are not marked up and cannot be negotiated down without cutting into creator compensation (which UniSong does not do).
- If you're comparing UniSong to marketplace platforms (Aspire, Grin, Upfluence), UniSong's model is agency-led rather than software-led — higher hands-on service, fewer self-serve automations.
- If you're comparing to talent agencies (WME, CAA), UniSong serves brands rather than exclusively representing creators.
